He is a Associated Member of Institute of Engineers and Chartered Engineer. He was a founder Director of sika Interplant Systems Ltd and Managing Director of Micronel Global Engineering Pvt  Ltd and Nfotec Digital Engineering Pvt Ltd business units. For over 35 years he represented the company in different positions such as Executive Director and Managing Director. He was instrumental for growth and performance of organization.

 

Director-Sales & Marketing – Gaurav Sikka – A Bachelors of Arts Graduate from the University of Michigan where he double majored in Economics and Film. Hailing from a prominent business family, Gaurav has had the entrepreneurial spirit in his blood from a very young age. This led him to establish various clubs and organizations in college - Michigan Partners being one of them. Gaurav was inspired by inventions coming out of American universities and aspired to participate in the globalization of India by creating a seamless transfer of such cutting edge technologies to his home country. Over time Michigan Partners has evolved into a practice that enables existing businesses around the world to expand their footprint into India.In Micronel, he is responsible for International Business Development and strategic alliance

 

Chief Manager - G Thomas - Masters Degree in Commerce, Bachelor of Laws and an Associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has over 38 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, Cost Management, H.R. and Admin Management, Project Management, Legal consultant and as statutory Company Secretary for different types of industries covering Engineering, Mining, Automobile, Agriculture, Fisheries, Textiles, Projects Management and Software Engineering Services. He supervises the total activities of Micronel, and provides Company Secretarial Services.

 

Senior Technical Advisor – S Venugopal – A Graduate of Engineering (Elec), Mysore University, India and Masters of Engineering specialized in Power Electronics and control systems from Concordia University, Montreal, Canada. He was Area Manager with Prat and Whitney Canada and carried out various projects related to Logistics and Technical support to PWC in India and also for outsourcing. He was AGM- Design ,Test facilities and Engine Design at HAL division in Bangalore. He has Set up a number of  engine test cells for various types of western and Russian military engines used by the Indian Airforce and manufactured by HAL with end to end design and management also Instrumental in design and setup of fully automated aircraft gear box test rigs for the Indian Light Combat Aircraft and MIG 29 (overhaul) program.
